I agree with your sentiment on spending your money wisely I've always tried to spend my money with people who I was in agreement with politically and religiously. I will never buy an automobile that exports my US dollars to a foreign country to make them stronger in my country weaker. Unfortunately now we're left with only a couple of choices Ford or Chevy. Chrysler is even foreign owned at this point. Without car manufacturers we would not have been able to win world war II. I try to buy American every chance I possibly get to support my country and not another.
Love your articles Nicole, and most of the time I'm in agreement, but not on this one. While I agree that society has become much more crass, I don't think this is an example of that. Maybe if it were called "Best MF'n Coffee", but the word "ass" is fairly tame in my opinion. If you're the old school KJV type, it's in the Bible.
While you have every right to choose who you do business with, usually boycotts are a result of a company's actions or policies and not their name. I'm not aware of any onerous things this company has done. In fact, they do great work for our soldiers and for abused or abandoned donkeys.
Anywho...keep up the good work. I'll send you a cup of Bad Ass Coffee thru Venmo.
I don't advocate boycotts either. I do like to agree to disagree. That was the point of my article. Debate should be welcomed, not canceled. Thanks for the Bad Ass Coffee.
