Great write up Nicole! So glad we have you to explain the ins and outs of the politics in our small community. It’s so hard to imagine, but what I have witnessed in the past 3-4 years it appears there is some level of corruption or at the very least conflict of interest. Mr Herman is quick to try to appease any “trouble makers” and does a good job playing the “good cop” but he is fully aware of what I consider growth that is NOT in the best interest of White House. These large residential home builders have literally come in and threw up subpar homes creating overcrowding in our schools, Public works, roads and emergency response personnel capacity. Do we know if Mr Corbit is going to run for Mayor yet! It would leave a vacancy in my district.

Have not yet heard about Corbitt. I will be sure to say something if I hear something.

Thank you so much for the information. We are not in the city limits BUT we do live on Union Road. This affects us very much . We did hear that they are wanting to put a industrial park across the road from us. If you ever hear anything about it please keep us informed. I would send you some coffee but I don't have venmo. Sorry!!

Please go through my substack and find the one on the Robertson County Economic Development Board. That article discusses the 4 properties that will be industrial. And no worries on the coffee. Just keep reading and sharing with your friends.
