People laughed at me when I said that they were putting the cart before the horse, in reference to the infrastructure and political issues that were going on behind closed doors. Been here 36 years now and I’ve been passed over anytime I’ve ever needed anything done from the city, but my next door neighbor who was the principal and then mayor, he’s getting anything he wants.

Believe me, I get it. I've only been here 12 years. However, in the last year I've learned more about the inside politics than I ever wanted to know. Incestuous is the only way to describe it. But I can't "prove" anything, It's frustrating. I get it.
