Sad thing is, unsuspecting folks will buy these. They’ll come on a weekend or non-rush time and have no idea of what they’re facing. They won’t know about quality building. I’ve seen the complaints on new builds. People just need and want a place to call home. They won’t know what they’re signing up for.
This really makes me sad. So many of us came because of what we had. It’s so sad to be losing it. We could’ve even had a better outcome had they not packed them in the way they had. It’s a shame. Thanks Nikki

You're not wrong. They will think it's "the country." They will be complaining on HIP about the traffic on Calista within 6 months of moving in.
