Looks like the owner of the house should have known better. I would hold the owner responsible for any damages.

The owner was told there would only be 9 people. She did everything she could to get them removed. The issue was with Airbnb. They wouldn't let her void the contract. With the contract in place, the sheriff could not remove them.

Thank for your updates The surrounding subdivisions and their HOAs should be also concerned about rentals in general and seek legal advice on how best to protect their neighborhood and investments. I lost thousands given decline in a neighborhood I once invested in, not many chances in a lifetime to recoup your investment Again thx much for your work to protect our community

Thank you! If this had not happened near you, we may not have ever heard anything about it, or maybe not the truth of what actually happened! Thank you for staying on top of everything in our community!

Thanks for sharing “the rest of the story,” Nikki. You filled a lot of the blanks about what happened.

No problem. It wasn't "just kids having fun."

This was exactly my concern when they permitted Airbnb’s, especially where the neighbor doesn’t reside here. Would like to see that portion changed if they are going to continue to allow them.
