Thank you for the reporting. Love these. I do challenge Me Herman’s information regarding his comment that traffic has not increased substantially. I would’ve liked to have known where those cameras are and what hours of the day they are being utilized. We all know traffic has increased substantially, they need to be running those counters on the roads and all main roads to get a better picture than a camera can provide. What used to take two minutes to get out on to Tyree is now a four minute wait some times during the day. As well as catching a left out of speedway.
Thanks for these updates. I watch my grands during the day and don’t clear
Dinner early enough to make most meetings. I do share them on the neighborhood app as well hoping to generate interest there too! TY!
The information was from the intersection of Hwy76 and Hester Dr. That's the one at McDonald's and Hardees. I think better information would have been an average. We all know 2020 was down because of Covid. I want to know what 2022 looks like. I will be asking for more information next week.
Great! Yes, let’s see the same information from 31 and Raymond Hirsch, 31 and 76, 76 and Raymond Hirsch, as well as College Street to Tyree at the High School (WHHS). BIG changes on those roads with our record growth. Coming home from Hendersonville yesterday via Tyree, I have NEVER in our 15 years here seen such long lines coming down Tyree Springs road. We haven’t even seen the full impact there yet since the Dorris and Willow properties just now beginning to build.
We also have MANY commuters coming through from Portland and Cottontown both of which have experienced growth as well, and both impact our roads commuting to Hendersonville. Sort of the same impact commuters have on 65 out of KY to Nashville.
Also, FYI, there are some BIG OSHA concerns on these new properties, they are NOT spraying down the dirt with water the way they’re supposed to be. I did swap emails with Gerald Herman a few weeks back, and there was movement, they moved the water truck to the front of the property but the truck seemingly never moved. Or someone is spot on parking it to the exact spot again. Just FYI. That’s 5 new neighborhoods or separate building sites within 1/4 mile. We can’t even go outside without getting a blasting headache. Breathing issues have become a concern for some, and our houses are filthy.
