Yup, my first thought was: with all this housing going in maybe it should just be a retail space, do we REALLY need another 30 homes? Can we not put the city’s needs before the almighty dollar? Then I have to think, well at least it’s not another Dollar General, and MAYBE we can get a darned Jasons Deli in there! :)
P.S. The house we are currently in (since 2009) previous owners had geese in the side yard, it was years before it could be used for anything, stunk to high heaven and you slipped everywhere you walked. I have personal experience when I ask PLEASE stick to the minimum 1 acre rule! We’re not in Mayberry anymore. :(
