The planning commission met at 7pm tonight for a very small agenda. The entire agenda was only four items at this meeting. Here is the link to the meeting.
This meeting included the mayor this time and found Adam McCormick absent. Ceagus Clark, planning director was out sick, his assistant Jenna Nelms was in his place.
After the agenda and minutes were approved, the annual election of chairperson and vice chairperson were moved to next month in light of the absences.
Item # 1 The Parks-Phase 1A: Requests subdivision bond extension. This bond was reduced.
Item # 2 Summerlin Phase 7: Requests subdivision bond extension. This bond was increased by 15%
Both consent items were passed.
Item # 3 Legacy Farms-Phase 2/Wilson & Associates: Requests Final Plat Approval for 125 single family lots. Property is referenced as Robertson County Tax Map 95, Parcels 141 and 145. Property is zoned SRPUD, Suburban Residential Planned Unit Development and is located at Pinson Lane.
Owner: Forestar Real Estate Group, Inc. These were the plat approvals submitted to the board. The developer needed to add the finish floor elevation to the plans as per city requirements. They were added and this was approved.
Item # 4 Villages at Pinson/CEC: Requests Preliminary Plat Approval for 20 lots. Property is referenced as Robertson County Tax Map 095, Parcel 229.00. Property is zoned R-15, Medium Density Residential and is located at the corner of Pleasant Grove Road and Pinson Lane.
Owner: Christopher Creek This property is already zoned for R-15. The submitted drawings don’t reflect the changes the board needed addressed. The changes can be addressed in the construction plans. The roads will need to be addressed in the construction plans. The lots are 15k square feet. All is in accordance with the current zoning. This was approved.
