Item # 1 Sage Road Retail/Klober Engineering: Request Site Plan approval for a 13,196 square foot retail center. Property is referenced as Robertson County Tax Map 106, Parcel 103.02. Property is zoned C-2, General Commercial and is located at Sage Road. Owner: Alton Payton
This property is located on Sage Road North of Deja Moo on the same side of the street. Nothing has yet been identified going into the building. A dance studio is looking at one of the spaces. The city did a traffic analysis and decided there is not significant traffic added by the project to warrant a traffic study. Kyle Schnieder of Klober Engineering was there to answer questions. Mayor Corbitt asked if the entire two acres was going to used and if this was the property that was going to be a sports bar. Yes, it was slated for a sports bar previously. No, it will not take the entire two acres. The question was raised then if other businesses went in would they all be connected. Planning Director Ceagus Clark stated that they could all be connected, but there are currently no agreements with the various property owners. There are retaining ponds on either end of the property that will impact the entrances of the properties. Approved.
Item # 2 Sage Farms-Phase 2/Klober Engineering: Request Final Plat approval. Property is referenced as Robertson County Tax Map 106, Part of Parcels 193 & 196. Property is zoned NCRPUD, Neighborhood Center Planned Unit Development and is located at Sage Road. Owner: Stagecoach Development
This is the Sage Farm development on Sage Road. This is for 100 multifamily and 143 single family homes. There are no changes to this plan since it was first approved. This is the final phase. All lots in phase one have been sold and 22 in phase two. Davidson Homes is the builder. Approved.
Addam McCormick is stepping down from the board. This was his last meeting. Clark made sure to thank him and let him know that he would be missed. Corbitt also thanked him and let him know how much the city has appreciated his service. Clark added that once they have replaced him on the board they will vote on a new chair.
